Every year, Maison Alyzée creates two special desserts for Valentine’s Day. This year, those desserts are available from Feb. 10 to Feb. 14, 2022
– The White Pavlova: crunchy French meringue, raspberry coulis, fresh organic red fruits, topped with light vanilla & rose cream. Available in duo version or 4/5 servings.

One65
Clement Goyffon, the pastry chef at One65, has created a limited edition of a magnificent cake in a heart shape: on a vanilla or chocolate shortbread, a creamy heart, with candied passion fruit, mango, liquid caramel, a chocolate biscuit punched with Pisco, chocolate mousse, vanilla.
He suggests a special edition of the Saint-Honoré too.
There will only be a limited number of those cakes, you can book them by phone and pick them up the same day.

How about taking your Valentine to the O’ by Claude Le Tohic restaurant? Chef Le Tohic recently earned his first Michelin star for his gourmet restaurant O’ in San Francisco, and his special Valentines’ Day menu might be the perfect occasion to discover the place.

La Boulangerie de San Francisco
For Valentine’s Day, La Boulangerie did a partnership with La Maison Seguin – an institution in the South West of France known for its specialty: Les Puits d’Amour aka the wells of Love. These new sweet bites will be available in San Francisco on the occasion of Valentine’s Day and be renamed Le Choux d’Amour. It’s a small gourmet choux filled with light vanilla cream & sprinkled with icing sugar.
Available from Feb. 11th and until the end of March in all stores, but be warned, the quantities are limited. Better order!

Choux has created a special Valentine’s Day box, the “Valentine So French“, which includes 4 financiers, 4 canelés, 4 meringues, and 4 cream puffs (price $43). You can also order boxes of “choux” by 8, 12, 18, 23, or a mix of cream puffs and meringues.
