San Francisco and Marin County
The Alliance Française de San Francisco offers this year again from 8:55 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for children aged between 4 years and 9 months and 12 years old, one-week summer camps between June 6 and August 12. Each week will have a different theme: superheroes, pirates and mermaids, crazy science, space… In the morning, the children are divided into groups according to their age and level of French to review what they have learned in the field of reading, writing, mathematics, educational games. The afternoon is dedicated to the sport, theatre, treasure hunts, painting…
The French Lycée of San Francisco (LFSF) offers summer camps on its Sausalito campus from June 21 to August 19 for its students but also for children not enrolled at the LFSF. Three sessions of several weeks each time with a specific theme with theatre, sport, yoga, a day at the beach, cooking…
Petits Pas is a dance and yoga school. It offers bilingual English/French summer camps from June 13 to July 22 in San Francisco (399 San Fernando Way) for children aged 5 to 10 years old. On the program, every day, arts & crafts, dance, yoga, theater, acrobatics… Each week has its own theme!
East Bay
Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley is organizing its Summer Camp for 2022! These camps are open to all, for
children from 1st grade to 6th grade. The mini-camp (preschool) is intended for incoming and currently enrolled EB students (restrictions may apply, however).
You can choose between the super fun French Immersion Camps and the Riveropolis Camp, a two-week maker camp (in English only), for students from G3 to G6.
Finally, this year again EB is partnering with Acadomia to offer an online virtual French camp as an alternative option.
Au Beau Séjour offers its summer camp from July 8 to August 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 a.m. for children aged 2 to 6 years old. Puppets, Paris, cooking, beach and seashells… Each week, a new theme is developed to delight the children. No lunch box to prepare!!!! At the beginning of the week, discover the menu provided by the structure for lunches and snacks.
South Bay
How about a bilingual surf camp with Fabien at Half Moon Bay for children from 7 years old? For those who want to enjoy the ocean and try surfing, they can spend a week with Fabien, from June to August from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or 1 p.m. as desired).
FASSV is opening its summer camp this year from preschool up to grade 5. Reptiles and amphibians, firefighters and emergency services, American and French national holidays, pirates: four original themes for four weeks of fun.
Au Petit Monde in Palo Alto is preparing an immersion camp that offers a flexible solution for children aged 2 to 6; each week, a new theme. A la carte registrations for 2, 3 or 5 days
a week until 3.30 p.m. or 5 p.m., your choice. On the program seven weeks of fun with a choice of dinosaurs, the beach, sport, science…
Education Française Bay Area is offering its summer camp this summer for children (from K to Grade 5) with a complete vaccination schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. Each week, a new theme: the botanist Jeanne Barret, travels in time with the tales of Charles Joisten or the Inuit circus of Tupik.
