France Digitale is organizing its 4th Scale-up Fair on June 16-18 2021 as part of Tech Days 2021 and with support from La French Tech Grand Paris.
It’s a recruitment fair organized 100% digitally to showcase the most interesting French scale-ups based in and/or outside of France and match them with the best engineering and business profiles, starting from students in search of internships all the way to senior profiles. In total, it’s about 300 profiles who will be part of the fair.
The digital format allows talents from France, Europe, and the US to find opportunities in the French Tech startups and scale-ups. The Scale-up Fair makes visible the recruitment needs of start-ups and scale-ups, some focusing their hiring in Paris, others looking for talent across three continents.
Several of the scale-ups have recently raised new funding rounds, supporting their international expansion and allowing them to grow their teams abroad.
The Scale-up Fair brings the recruiters of French unicorns Back Market (refurbished device marketplace), Dataiku (data science and machine-learning platform), Doctolib (e-health service), and BlaBlaCar (carpooling platform) as well as other startups and scale-ups such as ManoMano, Believe, Scaleway, Innovorder, and Exotec to meet talent during this three-day event.
Most of these companies have offices in several locations, many also elsewhere in Europe as well as the US and Asia – and they are actively hiring in these locations!
For example, Back Market is hiring in Tokyo and Dataiku in several US states including San Francisco. It is worth having a look at the career pages of these companies for the full range of open roles – some are hiring so many roles they cannot all be included in the Scale-up Fair.
The digital fair takes place on the Seekube platform where talent can view job descriptions that match their sector and experience, and recruiters can easily filter the kind of profiles they are looking for. The scale-ups will also be speaking in panel discussions on topics around hypergrowth and diversity and inclusion.
They are looking for +1000 top talents to join their R&D, Sales, Product & Ops teams in positions such as Country Manager, Senior Sales, KAM, Senior Dev, DevOps.

Chloé Soroquère, Principal at Vera Vista Solutions and President of the Comité Officiel, is collaborating with France Digitale to promote the virtual career fair to the greater Bay Area prospects interested in career opportunities with French Startups in the US, France, and Europe. - Representation to French public institutions, major economic players, the media and the European Commission.
