Marlon Magnée, co-founder of the band La Femme, is coming to San Francisco with his new solo project. Catch him at The Chapel on September 21 for a live performance of his debut album, Dark Star.

After fifteen years touring the world with La Femme, the band he co-founded, Marlon Magnée is stepping out on his own and will stop in San Francisco on Monday, September 21, 2026.

With his debut album Dark Star, released in March 2026, the musician reconnects with some of his earliest influences while exploring a sound that blends rockabilly, punk, cold wave, psychobilly and ’80s synths. The album’s fourteen tracks move between French and English, driven by the raw, offbeat energy that has long defined his work.

Bay Area audiences will have the chance to discover this new chapter of his career in the intimate setting of The Chapel on Valencia Street. Future Twin will open the show.
