Napa Valley is about to welcome a brand-new kind of running experience. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, the inaugural Wine Marathon – Napa Edition will launch with a signature Half Marathon (13.1 miles), offering runners unprecedented access to exclusive vineyards and wineries.

Inspired by France’s legendary Marathon du Médoc and reimagined for California, this destination race winds through Napa Valley’s most iconic vineyard landscapes before finishing in Yountville with a festive Wine Village celebration. Blending wellness, wine, and community, the event places a strong emphasis on destination travel, local partnerships, and positive economic impact for the region.

Founded by Tiffany Eicholz, Guillaume Eicholz, and Hady Kahale — three Napa-based wine leaders with deep roots in the wine, wellness, and endurance event worlds — the Wine Marathon was born from a shared passion for community, outdoor life, and a desire to reimagine how Napa Valley is experienced.

An experiential race weekend at the crossroads of endurance and art de vivre, the inaugural edition is intentionally limited to 1,000 runners, ensuring an intimate, high-quality experience deeply rooted in Napa Valley’s character.

Don’t miss this first-ever edition — a true première for Napa Valley runners and wine lovers alike.
