Note: This show is performed entirely in French.
Comedian and actress Antonia de Rendinger, a prominent figure in French stand-up and comic theater, is set to captivate the French-speaking audience in the United States with an exceptional tour in May 2025. Presented by French Talent USA, this series of shows will take her to five major cities: Palo Alto, San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
With her fourth opus “Scènes de corps et d’esprit”, Antonia takes up her pilgrim’s staff to playfully explore her current role as a mother of a teenager facing contemporary issues and the challenges of her age. A rich tapestry of themes revolving around gender, ecology, sexuality, and generations. A show that takes the audience on a journey through always humorous and often absurd situations, with generosity, zest, and enthusiasm.
With her unique talent for embodying a gallery of colorful and endearing characters, Antonia captivates with her sharp writing, biting humor, and expressive gestures.
Above all, Antonia is a mother, and despite her demanding job and frequent absences, her two daughters have good grades, healthy teeth, and have not yet needed to see a child psychiatrist… She juggles numerous projects, including improv, touring her show, voice-overs, cinema, and television.
