The Science and Technology Service of the Consulate General of France in San Francisco is launching Science Beyond Borders, its new event dedicated to fostering Franch-American collaborations and careers in deeptech (Deeptech Career Hub), bringing together researchers, startups, and industry leaders in the fields of science and technology.
Florian Cardinaux, Consul General of France in San Francisco, and the Science and Technology Service invite you to the DeepTech Career Hub Science Beyond Borders, an exclusive event focused on promoting connections between researchers, entrepreneurs, and industrial R&D leaders, while highlighting the opportunities for Franch-American collaboration in science, technology, and innovation.
Aimed at a Franch-American audience, the event will feature presentations, panel discussions, and networking sessions, highlighting both the cooperation strategies of cutting-edge research labs and the support mechanisms available to entrepreneurs, with the goal of facilitating and fostering new Franch-American connections.
Science Beyond Borders will offer two distinct tracks:
- Academic Track: for students and researchers seeking opportunities in research labs in France and the United States.
- Entrepreneurial Track: for project leaders and entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their business in France and/or the United States.
The event will kick off with a Fireside Chat featuring Luc Julia, Chief Innovation Officer at Renault and AI expert, who will share his transatlantic perspectives on industrial innovation in the era of generative AI.
