Kevin Rodrigues, known as Worakls, is a composer and a young prodigy in electronic music. Coming from a family of musicians, he began learning the piano at the age of 3. After his journey through the Conservatory, he found in electronic music the perfect means to infuse his melodies with the dreamlike and powerful qualities that characterize them.
His creativity draws inspiration from various musical genres, including film soundtracks and classical music. In 2014, he co-founded the Hungry Music label with his friends N’to and Joachim Pastor, providing him with the opportunity to fully express his influences. In 2020, he created a second label, Sonate, on which he released a new album, composing the soundtrack for the documentary “On the Frontlines of Endangered Animals.”
Even before the release of his first album, several of his tracks were already considered classics of the genre. He unveiled his project earlier this year, the Worakls Band, a live performance featuring several musicians, including a violin, viola, cello, and guitar.
He will be performing alongside the talented violinist Esther Abrami at the Regency Ballroom.
