It is the story of a friendship between two French women that now moves on to the opening of a fromagerie in San Francisco.
Morgane Molier and Dylan-Madison Fraioli had already known each other in France but found themselves by complete chance working for two years at La Fromagerie in the Dogpatch district. Loving their life in San Francisco, they couldn’t bring themselves to leave the United States when their respective visas expired. They struggled to find a solution with Ruben Donze, the founder of the three stores called La Fromagerie.
Finally, this is with an investor visa that they open the fourth “La Fromagerie” in the Marina district. After a year of work and a delay caused by the pandemic, their shop opens on December 10, 2022, just in time to fill the holiday tables with tasty cheese platters.
And our duo knows its cheese, and business, and hospitality! Strong of a business school diploma, Morgane focuses on the sales and marketing aspects. And Dylan-Madison, who was trained at the famous Vatel hospitality school, is dedicated to customer service and catering.
Their offer is the same as that of the other La Fromagerie in San Francisco: cheese by the slice, but also sandwiches, salads to take away, and charcuterie. They just add that “we will simply bring a twist of chic in keeping with the Marina district”.
Eventually, a home or business catering offer will be available, in particular with their “grazing tables” offer, a concept that is popular those days.
Right now, you can order a breakfast formula with croissants, pains au chocolat…even cheese croissants and also raclette; the raclette cheese is already available and the machines for rent are coming soon.
