It’s not every day that a top caliber French chef flies in from Paris for a seven-course meal collaboration. Even better, on this occasion, it’s for “A Fusion of French Gastronomy and North African Cuisine at Berber, a Moroccan-themed Russian Hill restaurant that’s just been awarded its second Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Chef Ahlem Nguili is taking over Berber’s kitchen for one night only on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. A Franco-Tunisian chef and member of the prestigious Toques
Françaises, she practices her art on the premises of the famous Parisian caterer Potel & Chabot. Together with Berber Executive Chef Hicham Senhaji, they are creating a bistronomic fusion of French and North African cuisine that may be paired as an option with seven exotic wines or seven curated cocktails.
Join Berber for this grand tour of flavor profiles by two award-winning chefs, limited to 80 guests, tickets priced at $125++ for this one-night-only tasting. This is the first of an upcoming Berber series of chef collaboration dinners showcasing global cuisine complemented by entertainment.
And if you cannot make it on the 28th, consider Berber for private events, intimate live entertainment/dinner shows, and fun evenings out.
There’s no place like Berber anywhere else in California.
