Elsa Oppenheim trained in Pilates in France in 2005 and her passion for perfect movement has only grown with practice. Atefeh Morshedi offers Hatha Yoga classes in French, twice a week: Tuesdays a more active class and fridays a more relaxed class. She includes pranayama practice (breathing) to help reduce stress in these uncertain times. There is also a meditative part to the class.
