Nordic’s walk
Héléne Le Guiniec offers her clients an individual walk connected by phone to focus on the technique and have a company when they are walking alone in their neighborhood. This gives them a dynamic and they feel less alone while continuing to do a full exercise. To find out more, visit her website.

Atefeh Morshedi offers Hatha Yoga classes in French, twice a week: Tuesdays a more active class and fridays a more relaxed class. She includes pranayama practice (breathing) to help reduce stress in these uncertain times. There is also a meditative part to the class. Petits Pas Studio – This is a studio like no other because we teach dance and yoga without age or sex criteria. Join their online classes on their Facebook page.
