Sponsored content – True to their reputation, the summer camps organized by the Lycée Français de San Francisco (LFSF) return from June to the end of August 2020.
Some camps will be handled in French but all the instructors will be bilingual. They will be able to help children who have not yet acquired all the skills of the French language. Some other camps will be run in English. Each camper can therefore practice his/her language or improve another.
With programs by age group from 3 to 12 years old and organized around four well identified themes, children should love their summer.
Camp NORMANDIE – These are the very first camps of the season!
Little campers will explore the magnificent region of Normandy located on the north coast of France! This region is rich in historical references and shares close ties with the United States through, among other things, the D-Day beaches.
Our campers will discover and explore the culture of the region, architecture, history, cuisine, customs, language and the sea! They will participate in many indoor and outdoor activities. Children will also have moments to spend time with each other, while having fun in a secure environment.
Three age groups: 3-4 years / 5-7 years / 8-11 years
Location – Sausalito LFSF campus
Camp hours – 9 a.m to 4 p.m
Daycare option before and after camp: 8 a.m to 5.30 p.m
Shuttle available between San Francisco and Sausalito
All instructions will be given in French.
Camp price: $420 per week (lunch not included)
Daycare option: $110 for the week or $25 per day
Combined daycare and shuttle option: $140 for the week or $40 per day
Note: the second week will start on Monday June 29th but will end July 2nd. The price for this 4-day week will be adjusted to $380.
SOCCER Camp – Make them discover or improve their European soccer skills!
The camp program will be based on the playing styles of the different European countries. Children will learn to pass like the Spanish players, to shoot like the Dutch, and to attack like the French. Should be a lot of fun and discovery. After all, the French are World Cup Champions !
A good way to gain self-confidence and learn teamwork while improving soccer skills.
Two age groups: 5-7 years / 8-12 years

Camp GAME ON SPORTS – This is THE multi-sports camp
Little campers will discover football, tennis, frisbee, golf, basketball and more.
Our team of instructors will also organize life-size board games as well as many sporting challenges. Each activity will be offered in a secure setting and always in a positive, recreational and friendly atmosphere.
Two age groups: 5-7 years / 8-12 years
Location – Ashbury LFSF campus in San Francisco
Camp hours – 9 a.m to 4 p.m

Camp ATLANTIQUE – Summer will be in full swing from July 20th to August 14th
Campers will discover a French region focused on water sports. During this summer camp, they will learn about the Atlantic region and what makes it so special! It is an adventure camp with several field trips and outdoor water activities every week.
This region is well known for its marine style and its classified sites. Campers will participate in a variety of supervised and exciting activities, such as surfing, sailing, swimming, hiking, trips to aquariums and more.
Three age groups: 3-4 years / 5-7 years / 8-11 years
Location – Ashbury campus or Sausalito campus according to age groups
Camp hours – 9 am to 4 p.m
Daycare option extension from 8 a.m to 5:30 p.m
Shuttle available between San Francisco and Sausalito
