No less than a five-storey building to house the ONE65, the new gourmet space out of the ordinary, in the heart of San Francisco.
Built in 1904, completely renovated, the building has been closed for several decades and has just received a serious facelift while retaining its original facade.

It is Claude Le Tohic, who worked for many years at Robuchon in Las Vegas, who will be at the maneuver of this large and beautiful vessel.

With four spaces entirely devoted to gastronomy and the pleasures of the table, Le Tohic and his team will offer very diverse experiences. Each floor has been designed so that you can feast your taste buds at any time of the day:

  • La Patisserie, take-away atmosphere and on-the-go food – opening May 16th
  • ONE65 Bistro & Grill, classic grill with a bar opened on the kitchen – opening May 24
  • Elements at ONE65, a floor dedicated to wines and spirits, just like a lounge – opening on May 24
  • And finally, on the 5th floor – O’ de Claude Le Tohic, THE gourmet restaurant – opening on June 5th

We heard about a chef’s table with a view on the kitchen of the gastronomic restaurant but we do not know more at this stage…

Talking flavors, you will not be disappointed with a team who comes from all over the world; indeed, Le Tohic does not want to confine himself to offering typical French cuisine. And to the products selection question, the answer was straightforward: “I buy products where they are good”.
