Fitness and Walking

Alexia offers a full range of group classes (Nordic Walking and Cross Training) and days dedicated to walking in the bay as well as special sessions. You can also organize a group session for a private group. If you want to test yourself, go every Thursday morning in the Golden Gate Park for nordic walking and every Saturday morning at Dolores Park for cross training. Learn more at alexiacornu.com

Héléne Nordic Walking classes address everybody in the East Bay area concerned to be in great shape. She offers a new and very healthy workout approved yet by a lot of different medical practitioners and hundreds of customers she trained in Belgium before moving in the US in 2018. Pilates is probably the most popular activity in the bay after yoga … you’ll have choice

Dancer since age 6, dance teacher, Elsa was formed to Pilates in France in 2005 and her passion for the perfect movement has only increased with practice. Elsa offers classes in small groups on carpets, on reformers and on appliances. Véronique opened the Soulful Pilates Studio more than 10 years ago in the Cole Valley neighborhood near Haight Ashbury. You can take Pilates classes in all its forms, Reformer / Chair, Springboard / Props and Pilates barre. In Belmont, a new address to try Pilates in French with Claire Maurel at On the Move Studio.  Claire earned a kinesiology degree in three years with a summa cum laude distinction from Notre Dame de Namur University. Her interest in gymnastics and research led to her participation in the gymSAFE study. Yoga

Alexandra focuses her activities around the child and motherhood. Teacher of yoga for adults as well as for children, of mindfulness and certified doula, she teaches in various studios of San Francisco.
